Baby Back Ribs Platter
Four racks of tender marinated and seasoned Baby Back Ribs chargrilled and basted with extra Friday's® Barbecue Sauce. (Serves 10 to 14)
Jack Daniel's® Ribs Platter
Four racks of tender marinated Baby Back pork ribs, glazed with our original Friday's® Jack Daniel's sauce. (Serves 10 to 14)
Double-Glazed Ribs Platter
Four racks of tender marinated Baby Back pork ribs first basted with out Jack Daniel's® glaze, then chargirlled and finished with Friday's® Barbecue sauce. (Serves 10 to 14)
Club Sandwich Platter
Our traditional Friday's® Club sandwich with ham, mesquite-smoked turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato on Wheatnut bread. Platter also includes mustard and mayonnaise. Bread variety may vary by location. (Serves 6 to 10)
Tuscan Spinach Dip Platter
Parmesan and Romano cheeses blended with spinach, artichokes and sautéed onions & peppers. Served with tortilla chips and salsa. (Serves 10 to 14)
Fresh Garden Salad Platter
Crispy lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, red cabbage, radishes, seasoned croutons and your choice of dressing. (Serves 6 to 10)
Caesar Salad Platter
Heaps of crisp romaine lettuce and seasoned croutons served with our creamy Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Also available with grilled chicken for an additional cost. (Serves 6 to 10)
Jack Daniel's® Wings Platter
Basted in our original Friday's Jack Daniel's sauce with extra sauce for dipping. (Serves 10 to 14)
Spicy Buffalo Wings Platter
Traditional New York style wings served with celery sticks and Bleu Cheese dressing. (Serves 10 to 14)
Buffalo Chicken Strips Platter
Chicken breast strips breaded and friend golden, then topped with spicy Buffalo Wing sauce. Served with Bleu Cheese dressing, Buffalo Wing sauce and celery sticks. (Serves 10 to 14)
Fresh Fruit Platter
A refreshing combination of strawberries, honeydew, and cantaloupe melons, grapes, oranges, and pineapple. Served with a creamy strawberry sauce for dipping. (Serves 10 to 14)
Fajita Platters
Chargilled steak, chicken or a combination of both on a bed of grilled onions and bell peppers. Served with Spanish rice, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, Colby cheese and flour tortillas. (Serves 10 to 14)
Sesame Jack Chicken Strips Platter Breaded chicken breast strips fried golden. Topped with sesame seeds and our original Friday's® Jack Daniel's® sauce. Served on a bed of Chinese noodles with extra sauce for dipping. (Serves 10 to 14)
